Are Caesar wraps the new craze in London? CZER is certainly doing its best to make that the case. Serving just one thing and doing it properly is their plan for New York style chicken caesar wrap. Opening in May 2026 at the back of a convenience store in Mayfair, a move that may have been one of the biggest game changers for the concept. Rather than simply ordering a wrap and heading on your way, one can walk through the store, pick out their favourite crisps and add them to their order, giving the classic Caesar wrap a more personalised twist, something which has carried on through to their fully fledged store in Soho. Given its popularity, expect queues during peak times and plan your visit accordingly.

Food
These wraps are loaded! Completely packed to the brim with all the classic Caesar salad ingredients, they have some serious weight to them. With an impressive cross-section and a generous coating of sauce, I was excited to tuck in.
A perfect balance of fresh ingredients, each bite delivers crispy, creamy, garlicky goodness, while the added crisps bring an extra layer of texture and a little kick. The Picante wrap promised a slightly spicier sauce and added jalapeños, although I can’t say I noticed much difference from either. The CZER dressing is rich without being too heavy, while the lettuce and crisps provide that satisfying crunch that makes every bite enjoyable.
That said, neither of the crisps I tried really stood out in terms of flavour. Their texture was far more noticeable, with the CZER dressing proving somewhat overpowering. Had the crisps been added separately at the end, rather than mixed in during the preparation of the salad, I feel they might have had more of a chance to shine.
The wrap was almost a two-course meal in itself, as I could only manage one half before feeling too full to enjoy any more. That’s testament to just how generous the fillings are, as these wraps are seriously supersized! I eventually managed to stomach the second half a couple of hours later, by which point the crisps had absorbed much of the sauce and lost their crunch. A little disappointing, perhaps, although I can hardly blame CZER for my decision to leave it sitting for so long!
All in all, this is a great spot whether you’re looking for an on-the-go dinner or a filling lunch. Definitely one to try!
Value
Wraps are priced at £13 each, with crisps costing an additional £1.50 per pack. There are also extra toppings available at a reasonable cost, although I opted to keep things simple and stick with the standard offering.
On paper, £14.50 for a chicken Caesar wrap and a pack of crisps is expensive. However, I can’t stress enough just how filling this was. Despite the price tag, I certainly didn’t feel short-changed when it came to portion size. In fact, one wrap could easily be shared between two people and still leave both feeling satisfied.
With hyped new openings like this, there’s always the risk of being left disappointed by how much you actually get for your money. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case here, with generous portions helping to justify the premium price tag.
Aesthetic
The store itself is fairly small and doesn’t offer any indoor seating, but being able to pick out your crisps from the shelves and watch your wrap come together behind the counter is a nice touch. The wraps also come in custom CZER packaging, adding a classy feel that complements the brand’s more premium image.
That said, the real star of the show is the wrap itself. If you appreciate a good Caesar salad, you’ll no doubt love the look of these. The cross-section is seriously impressive, with the ratio of lettuce, chicken and crisps looking spot on and making for an incredibly inviting bite.
Final Remark
“If you’re a Caesar salad fan, CZER is certainly one of the London food spots worth adding to your list.”
